Tom is Head of UK Residential Research, producing Knight Frank’s flagship Prime London sales and lettings reports as well as the Country House Price Index. His work provides authoritative insight into the performance and direction of the UK housing market. Tom regularly writes on how economic policy and political developments are shaping the residential market, helping clients navigate complex and fast-changing market conditions. He also hosts Housing Unpacked, a regular podcast that explores how macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, geopolitics and events at Westminster are influencing the market. Guests have included CEOs, Whitehall insiders and senior bankers.

Tom, a former Bloomberg and Reuters property journalist, brings a strong editorial perspective and is a regular media contributor in broadcast and print.
