As a guide, we base pricing on an average stay of around 3 months. During peak periods such as summer, values are typically 50–60% higher than long-let prices, and for a month's stay, 100%, whereas in winter this can reduce to around 30% above.
Extensions are often possible, but you would need to notify us as early as possible, as there may already be a subsequent booking or tenancy agreed. We don’t always stop marketing during the tenancy, so availability can vary.
