Yes, bills are generally included within the rental figure, providing a more convenient, all-inclusive solution.
Yes, short-term lets typically command a premium due to their increased flexibility, although this varies depending on your length of stay and time of year. As a guide, we base pricing on an average stay of around 3 months. During peak periods such as summer, values are typically 50–60% higher than long-let prices, and for a month's stay, 100%, whereas in winter this can reduce to around 30% above.
Extensions are often possible, but you would need to notify us as early as possible, as there may already be a subsequent booking or tenancy agreed. We don’t always stop marketing during the tenancy, so availability can vary.
