Katie is a Chartered Rural Surveyor at, she has a hands-on role in managing large rural estates in Kent. She holds a BSc in Real Estate with a Rural Specialism and Memberships to the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors. Katie brings a thoughtful and forward-looking approach to estate diversification, environmental land management, and residential portfolio regeneration. She has a passion for creating long-term value through sustainable land use and strong tenant relationships. Her experience also includes stakeholder engagement, feasibility studies, and supporting community-focused rural development projects.
