A member of the team since 2004, Kate is the Head of International Residential Research, responsible for tracking, analysing and forecasting trends across global housing markets. Kate produces Knight Frank’s four global indices covering mainstream and prime residential prices and rents across city and second home markets around the world.

Kate produces the company’s research content in the new Inside View publications and produces thematic reports on ski property, vineyards, tax and global development trends. Kate is a regular commentator on global housing markets in the press and contributes to The Wealth Report.
