Knight Frank expands Affiliate Broker network with four new London appointments
Following the launch of property consultancy Knight Frank’s second phase of recruitment for its affiliate broker model.

Following the launch of property consultancy Knight Frank’s second phase of recruitment for its affiliate broker model, the firm is pleased to announce the following new hires across South West, West and North London.
- Josh Collins, Affiliate Broker for Collins joins with more than a decade of experience in the South West London property market, having progressed through the ranks to become Branch Director at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. He is recognised for his strategic advice, strong local knowledge and hands-on approach to supporting clients throughout the moving process.
- Ella Coates, Affiliate Broker for Coates brings nearly a decade of experience across the West London residential market. Known for her relationship-led approach, she combines deep local expertise with a commitment to delivering a seamless and highly personalised experience for buyers and sellers.
- Cameron Forbes, Affiliate Broker for Ealing, Forbes has spent almost a decade working across the London property market, rising from first employee to Associate Director at a boutique West London agency. His extensive knowledge of Ealing and the surrounding areas is underpinned by a lifelong connection to West London.
- Salil Joshi, Affiliate Broker for Totteridge & Mill Hill. A Mill Hill local with more than 20 years of experience in residential property, Joshi has built a successful boutique buying agency, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, senior executives and blue-chip corporate clients. His longstanding ties to the area and established professional network give him a unique perspective on the local market.

All of the above Affiliate Brokers joined Knight Frank on 1st August.

Knight Frank’s affiliate broker model enables exceptional self-employed brokers to work independently while remaining fully aligned and partnered with Knight Frank. Operating in territories adjacent to Knight Frank’s existing London offices, affiliate brokers can pitch and win instructions, manage clients end to end, and build their own pipelines with full operational and regulatory support behind them. Brokers will earn high levels of commission and can earn additional fees for referring clients into any of Knight Frank’s 150 residential and commercial service lines across its global network in the UK, US, Europe, MENA and Asia Pacific.
The firm is actively seeking looking for experienced, entrepreneurial residential brokers to take ownership of the following territories: Muswell Hill & Crouch End, Barnes & Sheen, Shepherd's Bush & Brook Green, Greenwich & Blackheath, Radlett & Hadley Wood. This forms part of a wider strategy targeting 36 markets for expansion
