Knight Frank strengthens European residential platform with new Mallorca partnership
23 July 2026
London, UK – Knight Frank, the leading independent global property consultancy, today announced a new associate partnership with Mallorca Property Collection, a market-leading real estate consultancy in Mallorca. The partnership marks a significant step in Knight Frank’s continued residential expansion across key global lifestyle and wealth hubs.
Mallorca Property Collection is led by Julian Cunningham-Bond, whose career in luxury property has taken him from the Cotswolds to London, Europe and the Caribbean. Julian first joined Knight Frank in 2004, advising top developers on prime residential sales before overseeing international resales across the Balearics and the Caribbean.
In 2010 he acquired a real estate business in Deià, Mallorca. He later deepened his involvement on the island and, in 2012, founded Mallorca Property Concierge with his wife, Michelle Cunningham-Bond, establishing the island’s first dedicated buying agency. It has since grown into one of the most established search and acquisition services for private clients in Mallorca. This depth of personalised, day to day client experience led to the creation of Mallorca Property Collection an agency built on over 15 years of market knowledge, long standing relationships and an unwavering commitment to best-in-class real estate advice.
Julian Cunningham-Bond, CEO of Mallorca Property Collection, commented: “Becoming an associate partner of Knight Frank is a full-circle moment for me. This partnership combines local insight with global reach, enabling us to represent Mallorca’s finest homes with clarity, care and precision. The island’s prime market is entering a new, confident cycle – underpinned by tax stability, major infrastructure investment and a new generation of globally mobile buyers. Having Knight Frank beside us at this moment provides the right platform to deliver an exceptional standard of service.”
Mark Harvey, Head of International Residential at Knight Frank, said: “Partnering with Julian, Michelle at Mallorca Property Collection was a natural fit. Their knowledge of the island is unrivalled, and their commitment to best-in-class advice aligns perfectly with Knight Frank’s values. Mallorca has evolved into a stable, year-round, globally connected lifestyle market – supported by high-quality infrastructure and strong international demand. With Mallorca Property Collection, we are positioned to guide clients through the next phase of the island’s growth.”
Knight Frank’s latest insight highlights the depth and resilience of Mallorca’s prime residential market, with sustainable annual growth of around 2-4% expected in 2026. Demand remains strong across multiple regions, particularly in the €5-8 million segment. The very top end of the market is growing with special properties now looking at over 20+ price points. Supply in long established core locations such as Deià, Soller, Pollensa and Bendinat remains constrained. Whilst
emerging areas on the east coast, including Santanyí and its surrounding coastline, are gaining momentum as buyers increasingly seek privacy, authenticity and high‑quality homes.
The partnership with Mallorca Property Collection forms part of Knight Frank’s broader international expansion programme across Europe, the US and the Caribbean. The highly targeted strategy aims to strengthen the firm’s presence in major lifestyle and wealth markets and ensure clients benefit from a consistent advisory experience across all key global destinations.
