Property consultancy Knight Frank has launched the second phase of recruitment for its affiliate broker model, following a highly successful first phase in May which generated over 130 enquiries from prospective affiliate brokers, and resulted in eight brokers being appointed in the last eight weeks alone.

The firm is now looking for experienced, entrepreneurial residential brokers to take ownership of the following territories:

  • Muswell Hill & Crouch End
  • Barnes & Sheen
  • Shepherd's Bush & Brook Green
  • Greenwich & Blackheath
  • Radlett & Hadley Wood

Andrew Groocock, COO of Estate Agency at Knight Frank commented, “Building on the strength of our exceptional local offices, the affiliate broker model is extending our reach and accelerating growth into new markets. The response from experienced brokers has been fantastic, with over 130 enquiries received to date, and we are looking forward to welcoming our second cohort of Affiliate Brokers in August. Their enthusiasm, ambition and entrepreneurial mindset have reinforced just how much demand there is for a model that combines independence with the backing of a globally recognised property brand.”

Knight Frank’s affiliate broker model enables exceptional self-employed brokers to work independently while remaining fully aligned and partnered with Knight Frank. Operating in territories adjacent to Knight Frank’s existing London offices, affiliate brokers can pitch and win instructions, manage clients end to end, and build their own pipelines with full operational and regulatory support behind them. Brokers will earn high levels of commission, and can earn additional fees for referring clients into any of Knight Frank’s 150 residential and commercial service lines across its global network in the UK, US, Europe, MENA and Asia Pacific.

Knight Frank will soon announce the next tranche of key hires to support its expansion into new London markets, including Putney, Totteridge and Kingston. This forms part of a wider strategy targeting 36 markets for expansion.
