Claire qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018.
Working in the Central London team at Knight Frank, Claire will play an integral role in supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their assets. The team provides landlords, property companies, institutional investors and family offices with strategic guidance, tech-led operational support and bespoke asset management services to improve performance throughout every stage of the property lifecycle. The team currently advises developers and asset owners on design consultancy mandates covering over 3 million sq ft of ongoing projects.

Claire will play a key role in both enhancing our existing portfolio and supporting new instructions.”
