The firm has appointed Félix Lebrun as a Partner in its European Living Sectors team, reinforcing its ambition to build the world’s leading living sectors real estate and debt advisory platform.
Lebrun joins Knight Frank from Macquarie Asset Management, where he covered the living sectors across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and underwriting through to execution and asset management. Prior to this he worked at Eastdil Secured in London, advising on European real estate capital markets. Lebrun brings a deep understanding of how institutional capital invests and transacts across the UK and continental European living sectors.
In the UK, Josh Woolley rejoins Knight Frank as a Partner focusing on PBSA Valuation & Advisory. Woolley originally joined the firm as a graduate in 2013 and spent over a decade working in the Hotels and Student Property teams before leaving in 2024 to become a Divestment Director at Watkin Jones Group.
Knight Frank has also appointed Charles Major who has joined as a Senior Surveyor in the UK Student Property team. He joins from Savills, having held a position in the firm’s Operational Capital Markets team. Prior to this, Major began his career as a Graduate Surveyor at Montagu Evans.
James Mannix, Global Head of Living Sectors at Knight Frank said: “This is a pivotal moment for our living sectors teams in the UK and Europe. We’ve added outstanding talent in Félix, Josh and Charles, while continuing to recognise and promote exceptional people from within the business.
“We are currently advising on the largest living sectors pipeline we’ve ever had, with disposal and acquisition mandates in the UK and Europe across seniors housing, student property and build to rent totalling more than £10.5 billion. Alongside this transactional activity, our teams are delivering approximately £37 billion of living sectors valuations annually, underlining both the scale of our platform and the depth of trust our clients place in us.
“Through close alignment with our global partners Berkadia and Jefferies, and continued investment in best-in-class people and platform capabilities, we offer clients global, integrated real estate and debt advice at scale.”
