Knight Frank expands London and South East Logistics & Industrial team
Knight Frank, the leading global real estate advisor, has made several new hires to expand its Logistics & Industrial occupational agency team in London and the South East, as part of a single agency and lease advisory team which provides an enhanced full-service offering to landlords and occupiers.

The team is led by Gus Haslam, Head of London Agency within Knight Frank’s Logistics & Industrial service line, and now comprises nine sector specialists covering London and the South East markets. Building on the firm’s market-leading advisory expertise in the region’s warehousing market, Knight Frank’s multidisciplinary Logistics & Industrial specialists across the region will now sit within a single dedicated team, providing clients with easier access to a wider pool of expertise and services.
To support the service line’s continued growth, Knight Frank has recruited Nick Train from Vokins to work as a Senior Surveyor within the department. Nick has spent the past four years as a specialist Surveyor at Vokins and previously developed experience of industrial occupier advisory mandates at Zapp. Alongside Nick, Valentina Pini has also joined the team as a Surveyor focused on London and the South East.
Working closely with Charles Binks, Head of National Industrial Agency, the team leverages Knight Frank’s nationwide network of industrial property professionals to source attractive investment, leasing and asset management opportunities for clients seeking to increase their presence in the region’s high-performing warehouse market.
Knight Frank’s holistic offering to industrial related clients targeting London and the South East has been further bolstered by the recent expansion of its London Lease Advisory department, where Matt Rickman joins the team as Partner. The 4 -strong team led by Partners Simon Warren and Tom Adamson supports occupiers across a wide spectrum of industrial sectors and industrial landlords on lease renegotiation and rent reviews.
Gus Haslam, Head of London Industrial & Logistics Agency at Knight Frank, commented: “The restructure and further expansion of Knight Frank’s Logistics & Industrial agency and advisory capabilities in London and the South East reflects the need to continue to provide a “best in class” service to our clients whether they are occupiers or landlords. The unification of our London and South East team under a single umbrella pools our significant regional resource and provides our clients with a one-stop-shop for all leasing and professional work whilst we continue to work closely with our UK service line, investment and asset management colleagues.”
