Knight Frank’s Global Private Office reinforces its position at the forefront of the London Super Prime market with the appointment of two Proprietary Partners to lead its specialist London Private Office
03 November 2026
Knight Frank has expanded the leadership of its London Private Office with the appointment of two Proprietary Partners, Stuart Bailey and Rupert des Forges. Together, they will lead the team serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients in London's super-prime residential market, advising on the acquisition and sale of exceptional properties and prime developments while enhancing the breadth of expertise available to private clients.
Bailey and des Forges bring a combined 65 years' experience advising clients across London's prime and super-prime markets. Having led some of Knight Frank's highest-performing residential and prime development sales businesses, they have advised on many of the capital's most significant transactions, built longstanding relationships and established reputations as two of the market's most trusted advisers.
The London Private Office team offers clients one single trusted relationship, combines market-leading residential expertise across resales and prime new developments and has access to the firm's commercial and capital advisory capabilities, working with private clients no matter whether they are acquiring a London residence, deploying capital internationally or managing complex property interests.
The London Private Office brings together Knight Frank's most accomplished advisers from across the firm's existing Private Office, London residential sales and prime new developments teams, creating a market-leading team focused on ultra-high-net-worth clients.
The team forms part of Knight Frank's Global Private Office, jointly led by Proprietary Partners Paddy Dring and Tom van Straubenzee, alongside Alasdair Pritchard. Together, they connect clients with specialist expertise across all property asset classes and Knight Frank's global business and form a key part of the firm's broader Global Private Capital Strategy, led by Sarah May-Brown.
Stuart Bailey co-head of Knight Frank's London Private Office, said: "Despite periodic speculation about London's prospects, we continue to see strong demand from ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices attracted by the city's cultural depth, stability and enduring global appeal. Knight Frank advises on many of London's most significant super-prime transactions, and our ambition is to build on that position by strengthening relationships and creating opportunities for clients across the market."
Rupert des Forges, co-head of Knight Frank's London Private Office, added: “Through the London Private Office, we can provide clients with access to exceptional opportunities across the capital, from best-in-class developments and landmark schemes to some of London’s most sought-after homes. We can help clients make informed long-term investment and lifestyle decisions in one of the world’s most dynamic residential markets.”
