Knight Frank’s Emma Cleugh named ‘Education Property Consultant of the Year’

The EducationInvestor Power List recognises the most effective, inspiring and influential leaders in education. The inaugural 2025 event which was held at the London Marriott in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, included outstanding leaders, investors and advisors from across the education sector.

The Property Consultant of the Year award celebrates professionals delivering exceptional education property consultancy and strategic advice.  

With over three decades of experience advising schools, colleges, universities and education charities, Emma has established herself as a leading authority in the sector. Her work spans complex property disposals, acquisitions, valuations and estate strategies for some of the UK’s most prominent education institutions.
