Vanessa Griffiths

Vanessa joined Knight Frank from South East Leasehold in September 2010, where she acted principally for Leaseholders. Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2012, she has developed her knowledge and experience in Leasehold Reform work acting on behalf of landlords and tenants and was made Partner in 2018. Vanessa is also an Accredited RICS Valuer, APC Assessor and iSurv Author. Vanessa currently advises a number of landlords, including Church Commissioners for England, Bourne Capital, Derwent London and The London Borough of Wandsworth.
