Tim MacMahon is the newest addition to our Residential Capital markets team. Tim previously founded and was head of the Residential Capital Markets team at CBRE.
Tim has executed in excess of €1Billion of transactions over the past two years. Tim previously worked at CBRE’s London office before returning to Ireland.
Recent transactions include the following:
• Sale of Project Verton behalf of Tristan Capital / SW3 Capital for €216 million
• Sale of The Belgrave Collection, Fund 1 & Fund 2 on behalf of LugusCapital for €140 million
• Acquisition of Fairways, Dun Laoghaire on Behalf of Deutsche Bank for €108 million.
