Key clients include: The Mercers’ Company, Greenwich Hospital and Trinity House, where Stuart is responsible for running their property portfolios which have a combined value of approximately £1.25bn. In addition, Stuart has a wealth of recent experience in advising on complex head lease re-gears, variations and development agreements across London.
