Simon Capaldi is a Partner within Knight Frank’s Agency Team with over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property market in Scotland, with a particular expertise in the Office Market and occupiers’ services in Central Scotland.
Simon has experience in all aspects of business space; occupiers throughout central Scotland, lettings, sales, lease renewals, rent reviews and general property consultancy advice to both landlords and occupiers.
A member of the BCO and has in the past Chaired the Property Committee of The Royal Company of Merchants.
Simon is a competitive masters’ swimmer and Level 1 SASA swim coach.
