Shaun has worked in the Capital Markets Team at Knight Frank for twelve years. In that time he has been involved in the transaction of in excess of £4bn of commercial real estate.
Shaun runs the Specialist Property Investment team and works closely with the various specialist advisory
teams (students, hotels, healthcare and automotive). Key areas of specialism include development funding and
sale and leaseback transactions.
