Shane began his career in 2010 at DTZ Belgium, focusing on semi-industrial and logistics markets. He later expanded into offices and hospitality at Cushman & Wakefield, becoming Associate Director in 2021. In 2023, he joined Knight Frank to set up and lead the Research department in Belgium. He provides market insights across office, logistics, and residential sectors in Belgium and the Netherlands.
