Ross Malkin

Ross has over 15 years’ experience in commercial property management and heads the Yorkshire Property Management Team within Knight Frank. Ross has particular expertise in retail and mixed-use portfolios having managed a range of shopping centres and city centre mixed use campuses with management experience of complex refurbishments, service charge set-up and portfolio mobilisations. Ross acts for a range of clients from large institutional investors, developers and corporate clients.
