Richard joined Knight Frank as a graduate in 1989 and worked in London and Hereford before being one of three partners who set up the Cardiff office in 1998.
Richard is now head of the commercial valuation & advisory team in Cardiff and works with UK banks and funds in both lending and portfolio projects. Richard has a specialism in garden centres and works with a number of well-known operators and lending institutions within this market.
