Richard is a Proprietary Partner with over 20 years of transactional experience in Cross-Border European Real Estate Investment.
Richard is Co-Head of the London based European Capital Markets Team and specifically responsible for Knight Frank’s European Logistics investment business. He also leads Knight Frank´s Global Logistics Service Line.
As one of the most established and well respected pan-European logistics investment advisors, Richard has been involved in a broad range of market making transactions in recent years including the sale of the ‘Delta Portfolio’ to the Employees' Provident Fund of Malaysia (EPF €200 million +), the acquisition of the seeds assets for Tritax´s Eurobox (€620 million) portfolio and the sale of the ‘Gemstone Portfolio’ on behalf of Logicor for €300 million.
Richards’s key clients include SEGRO, Tritax, Dietz AG, Abrdn, Goodman and Credit Suisse.
