Paul is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with almost 25 years experience within the industry.
Specialising in commercial refurbishment and fit out for the past 15 years, Paul was appointed by Knight Frank in 2015 to lead the Cost Consultancy team.
Paul has experience in all forms of procurement and construction Contracts and has worked with most major UK developers and many ‘blue chip’ end user Clients.
