Nia attained RICS membership in December 2024 and then joined Knight Frank as a Chartered Building Surveyor in April 2025. She has wide range of experience across both the commercial and residential sectors, working with both private and public sector clients.
Nia possesses a strong depth of knowledge and expertise in building surveying, including building and condition surveys, RCAs, project management, and contract administration.
Some of her projects have involved industrial warehouse dilapidation works, CAT A & B office fit-outs, Grade I and Grade II* listed building refurbishments, as well as balcony fire remediation works.
Prior to building surveying, Nia has a background in Sales and Lettings so she has developed a particular interest in high-end residential refurbishment projects and technical due diligence.
She is keen to further develop her specialism in these areas.
