Neil heads up the New Homes & Residential Development team based in Edinburgh. They focus on selling new apartments and homes, as well as residential development and investment opportunities across Scotland and Northumberland.

The team works closely alongside Knight Frank's national and international residential and commercial teams to provide the best coverage for clients. With great experience in the Scottish market, Neil and his team are working with a number of established developers on a wide range of current and upcoming projects.

Neil's expertise ranges from smaller boutique developments to larger mixed-use projects, as well as generating inbound investment from wealth sources and individuals outside Scotland.
