Neal Newman

Neal is a member of the Bank Lending Team within the Valuation & Advisory department. He is responsible for the preparation of loan security valuations for all types of lenders operating in the UK. Additionally, he has provided transactional and due diligence support to clients acquiring property assets. Neal’s focus is on multi-tenanted assets such as business parks, retail parks and shopping centres across the UK. He has experience across a number of sectors including: Offices, Shopping Centres, retail warehouses, high street retail, industrial / distribution, leisure parks and development land. Recent clients include Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Hypo, TH Real Estate and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
