Moray has over 10 years experience in the commercial property industry, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in Nov 2008.
Over the past 8 years, Moray has been based in the Commercial Valuation & Advisory department at Knight Frank, principally involved in undertaking one-off valuations for secured lending and acquisition purposes for a range of clients including UK and German Banks together with Institutional Funds, Prop Co's and Private Investors.
His expertise has focused on the traditional commercial sectors including shopping centres ranging in size from £25m to £200m along with retail warehouse parks and high street units. In the industrial and office sectors, he has been involved in both large scale distribution units up to £80m, multi-let estates along with town centre offices and business parks.
Moray has also been responsible for undertaking due diligence reviews and providing appraisal advice to major US Private Equity houses in relation to a number of distressed debt portfolio sales originating from the UK Banking Institutions, including Project Isobel, Project Royal and Project Churchill.
