Melissa Lines

I was born in County Durham and grew up in Northallerton, North Yorkshire — a pretty market town which sits between the Yorkshire Dales National Park to the east and the North York Moor National Park to the west.

After working in new build homes in Leeds, I returned to the North and continued my property career in and around North Yorkshire.

My family and I spend a lot of our free time exploring the Yorkshire Dales, walking our dog and enjoying some of the most stunning countryside right on our doorstep.

With its pretty fishing villages and wonderful beaches, the North East coastline offers picturesque views and some great surfing opportunities; the villages of Robin Hood’s Bay and Sandsend are extremely popular with holiday makers and second-home owners.

With over 26 years of experience in residential and new build properties, I’ve covered all areas of the residential market, from studio apartments to some of the region’s best country homes — giving me a broad and in-depth understanding of the sales process and my clients' needs.

Without doubt, the best part of my role is matching people and property; helping clients find their dream home is a skill I’ve perfected over the years and I still get excited about every completion.
