Matthew qualified in London in 2012 as a general practice surveyor at Wilks Head & Eve LLP before joining Colliers International in UAE as a Senior Valuer where he spent several years providing valuation advice on development land, retail, office, industrial, hotel, and PRS assets for loan security, financial reporting, and acquisition/disposal purposes across the MENA region.
Matthew joined Knight Frank in May 2015 and provides Regular Purpose Valuations of assets across the office, retail and industrial sectors for institutional clients. He also co-ordinates a number of Funds he works on such as Legal & General, British Land, Royal London, and Standard Life. He also provides valuations for loan security purposes to major banks and lenders.
