Mark was appointed to Knight Frank's Newcastle office in 2004 and works in its Logistic and Industrial department with responsibility for all aspects of agency and development advice to Knight Frank's clients in the North East of England.
Mark works with a range of clients including developers, landlords and occupiers assisting them in meeting their property objectives whether development, disposals or acquisitions. He has a wealth of experience in the trade park sector and has advised developers and occupiers.
Mark also has experience working with both public and private sectors in the delivery of grant funded economic development driven commercial property. These included the development of the i‐Space business incubator centres in Hexham and Barnard Castle, the later awarded for its "innovation in the use of Objective 2 Funding to support difficult developments".
