Louise joined Knight Frank in January 2010, initially working in the Valuation & Advisory department undertaking both regular portfolio valuations for a wide range of Funds and one-off valuations for the purpose of accounts and bank lending.
In 2021 Louise joined the Central London Capital Markets team, where she specialised in the marketing and acquisition of West End assets and creating comprehensive business plans to ensure value maximisation for her clients. Over her nine years in the Capital Markets team, Louise was a key client manager for Grosvenor, providing strategic investment advice across their Estate on sales, acquisitions and headlease regears.
In April 2021 Louise joined the Central London Valuation & Advisory team, where she focuses on regular valuations as well as undertakes one-off valuations for bank lending and accounts purposes. Her key clients are Derwent London and Shaftesbury Capital.
