Lizzie is an Associate in Knight Frank’s Rural Asset Management Team providing specialist historic building consultancy on a variety of heritage assets for rural estates.
Lizzie is equipped with a specialist knowledge of historic buildings having gained a Batchelors Degree with Honours in Architectural Studies, Master of Science in Historic Building Conservation and accreditation with the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
She has over 8 years’ of experience working in the building surveying industry, working for private and commercial clients. Since joining Knight Frank she has also been managing property portfolios of agricultural, residential and commercial assets.
She is skilled at undertaking reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes, building condition surveys and producing detailed specifications of works for historic properties that require a more sensitive approach to repairs and maintenance.
