Krzysztof has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and financial services. Krzysztof joined Knight Frank in 2011 after spending over 2 years in PwC having worked on audit and due diligence projects of real estate and financial sector projects.
Krzysztof’s primary focus is maintaining relationships with all key industry players and sourcing new capital on the Polish real estate market. Within the team, has worked on numerous recognizable projects including acquisition and disposal of commercial buildings, debt financing and plots transactions, among others number of warehouse projects acquisition of production facility in Katowice, Rockwell Automation, disposal of Castorama warehouse in Stryków, disposal of TDP Industrial Park near Warsaw or disposal of portfolio of two warehouse projects in Szczecin and Bydgoszcz owned by Waimea.
Krzysztof is responsible also for supervision of the due diligence and negotiations of transaction terms. Krzysztof holds a reputable CCIM title.
