Kathryn is a Salaried Partner in the Commercial Division with 15 years’ experience in the UK and London markets; she joined Knight Frank in 2008 and worked in London Office Agency before joining the Asset Management division.
Kathryn has been involved in a variety of instructions across the UK while specialising in all London submarkets where she acts as a key advisor, providing strategic consultancy advice to some of the industry’s most respected institutional landlords and developers. Key instructions include Holborn Links Estate for Tristan Capital Partners, Aerium’s Mayfair portfolio including Herbal House, 47-48 Grosvenor Street and 24 Savile Row and some key landed and modern estates that Kathryn has worked on include; Grosvenor Estate, International Quarter London, Stratford, Devonshire Square, City of London and APML’s Knightsbridge Estate.
Kathryn and the wider team provide clients with a mixture of strategy, asset management, development management, leasing and professional advice.
