Karen has a wealth of experience in hotel consultancy having specialised in the hotel property sector for over 23 years and is a recognised specialist in the hotel real estate sector. She is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc(Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying. Karen has conducted and directed numerous valuations, feasibility studies, market studies and consultancy assignments for clients across the UK, Europe, North Africa and Asia, including major international hotel portfolios, high-profile individual assets and both mainstream corporate and owner-occupied hotels across all sectors.
