Jason has joint responsibility for property management in the North East region. Jason's experience covers all property sectors with properties in management including offices (City Centre and business parks), industrial estates, retail (shopping centres retail warehousing and single let retail) and leisure (restaurants, public houses etc).
Jason also has expertise in Landlord & Tenant matters and undertakes the majority of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gearing on the managed portfolio, thereby offering a seamless approach to his clients.
He is experienced in producing expert witness report for arbitration and court proceedings and has been an Independent Expert in court in relation to service charge disputes between third parties.
