James Nicholson

James is a Partner in the EMEA Strategic Consultancy team. The team focusses on aligning real estate strategy to business strategy, including advising on workplace, multi-market location strategy, and corporate real estate operational best practice. James provides specialist advice on how real estate can help to support innovation initiatives, through targeted location analysis, and engaging, flexible and collaborative real estate solutions, as part of an agile and flexible portfolio. James is also a member of our Technology Board, which is responsible for sourcing and considering new ideas and technologies that may be of benefit to our business, or our clients’.
