James has extensive experience working throughout the North West region, including Liverpool, Chester, and Manchester, where he has gained comprehensive expertise in valuation, leasing and letting, purchase and sale transactions. In 2024, he became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, choosing to focus his career in office agency, joining Mark Bamber and David Porter in our Manchester office.
