About
Ian joined Knight Frank in June 2021 and is head of the Public Sector Advisory team, working with local and central government, NHS Trusts, “Blue-Light” Services and private sector clients.

The Public Sector Advisory team provides advice and support to public and private sector clients on a variety of matters including: Strategic Asset Management Plans & Estate Strategies; PFI contract issues, including expiry; Funding strategies; and Delivery vehicles & strategies.

Ian has significant experience as a business case practitioner, as well as procuring infrastructure funding and development finance from a variety of public and private sector institutions.

Ian leads Knight Frank’s engagements on Development Corporations and the Government’s New Towns programme.
