Humphrey lead the Spanish Capital Markets business from in 2012 and is Managing Director of the company in Spain since 2016. He has advised on some of the most significant transactions in Spain, totalling c.€2bn in the last 3 years. Humphrey has helped build the firm since then which has managed to position itself as one of the most international teams on the Spanish market, working for clients ranging from individual owners and buyers to major developers, investors and corporate tenants.
Humphrey’s key clients include Lone Star, Kennedy Wilson, Savills IM, LaSalle Investment Management, Grupo Lar, Merlin Properties and Invesco.
