Henry oversees residential property services within the Project & Building Consultancy team. A Chartered Building Surveyor with industry experience spanning over a decade, Henry advises on a broad remit of super-prime property instructions ranging from restoration of historical buildings to developing luxurious, highly bespoke new homes.
Henry’s expertise spans pre-acquisition building surveys, defect diagnosis, reinstatement cost assessments, licences to alter and PPM surveys.
In addition, Henry has significant experience in providing project management and contract administration roles for refurbishment and extension projects across the UK. He considers himself fortunate to work alongside a trusted network of building contractors and interior designers on some of the finest properties in the country. Clients include UHNW property owners and landlords, prestigious landed estates, and institutional property investors.
