Eric Shearer

Eric is Head of the Aberdeen Commercial Office and has over 35 years’ experience in the Aberdeen market. He specialises in property development and investment market throughout the City and Shire and has been involved in many of the major redevelopment projects in the Aberdeen area. He has specialist knowledge of contaminated land legislation (EPA1990 Part 11A) and has a strong working knowledge of brownfield regenerations. He has recently been involved in plans to redevelop 20,000 housing units, along with three major business parks and three major supermarkets.
