Emily is UK Head of Funds. Emily joined Knight Frank in September 2006 and has over 18 years of valuation experience in all commercial sectors, throughout the UK. She has extensive experience of managing a range of large valuation mandates for REITS, Prop Cos and Institutions. Emily has led the transition of a number of valuation mandates and is a very competent client relationship manager.
Emily has experience across all sectors, however during her time at Knight Frank she developed a specialist knowledge of the Retail Warehousing and Leisure sectors.
Emily runs and is signatory to a number of balanced funds for clients including M&G, Abrdn, Schroders, Hillwood and the Prudential Annuity funds. Emily is joint firm wide CRM for L&G and M&G, she also sits on the Abrdn CRM team.
