Clare carries out formal valuations for the full range of purposes across the country but is principally focused on the south and south west of England.
Clare joined the Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory Team as a Partner to take the lead on developing and growing the residential valuations business through the region. Based in the Cirencester office, she undertakes capital and rental valuations for a wide variety of purposes to a diverse client base.
She has 20 years' experience and is an RICS Registered Valuer, regularly appointed as an Expert Witness or Single Joint Expert on valuation matters. She is also an Arbitrator.
Additionally, Clare is experienced in training and mentoring, in 2016 she was shortlisted for RICS Mentor of the Year.
