Claire joined Knight Frank’s Property Asset Management ESG team in 2024, bringing with her over 6 years’ experience working in sustainable design, construction and development of new buildings and major refurbishment real estate projects.
Claire has worked with clients to maximise opportunities for embodied carbon reduction, to enhance reuse through leveraging a circular economy programmes, and to develop decarbonisation pathways aligned with Science-Based Targets.
Her knowledge in delivering green building certifications is supported through her BREEAM AP and WELL AP credentials and project experiences. She has a Master of Environmental Sciences degree from the University of Southampton and has completed the UK Green Building Council Future Leaders programme.
Claire understands the importance on delivering on ESG criteria to meet growing occupier and investor demand. With her knowledge across the lifecycle asset stages ranging from building design through to operation, Claire’s ESG knowledge and market understanding provides actionable insight for achieving and operationalisation of ESG targets across a variety of assets and localities.
