After graduating from the University of Ulster in 2003 Chris joined Capita Symond’s where he assisted in the provision of a full estate management service for public sector clients and successfully gained membership of the
RICS in 2005.
He joined BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Commercial Investment Valuation department in 2007. His principal role was providing valuation advice to major Institutional Investment Houses, Pension Funds and Property Unit Trusts for both unit pricing and secured lending purposes.
Chris joined Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory Department in 2010 and has experience in the valuation of all commercial property sectors throughout the UK specialising in Retail and Office sectors. He is the Signatory for clients such as BlackRock UK Property Fund and Scottish Widows Units Funds ﴾Pensions﴿ Ltd. He is also the fund co‐ordinator for Invesco Real Estate, Bishopsgate Long Term Property Fund Unit Trust and Schroder Property Investment Management.
He also provides valuation advice to a range of clients including British Land, CBRE Global Investors, Cornerstone and Royal London Asset Management.
