Charlotte joined the Knight Frank residential graduate scheme in 2018. Having spent rotations within the Residential Investments Valuations team and Build to Rent Funding team, she joined the Residential Investments team permanently in 2020. Prior to joining Knight Frank, she worked as an architectural assistant in Boston, Massachusetts.
Charlotte has a range of experience in residential investments, including valuation, development consultancy, acquisitions, disposals and funding agreements. She advises a range of clients, including developers, funds and institutions, with a focus on Multifamily, Co-living and Single Family Housing.
