Charlie is a Partner is the Specialist Property Investment team and has over 14 years’ experience in the commercial property market with over 7 years focusing solely on the Specialist Property sectors. Charlie's background includes investment agency, commercial valuation and property management.
Charlie advises clients on fixed lease investments within specialist property sectors which include hotel, healthcare, automotive, student accommodation and data centre properties throughout the UK.
Charlie currently focusses on development funding, operator selection, development advisory and investment transactions across all of these specialist sectors. His client base includes a number of UK Pension Funds, Property Companies, Developers and Private Investors.
