Ben joined Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory team in November 2019 and has over 20 years of valuation experience across all sectors in the UK. Ben is the signatory for a number of monthly and quarterly fund’s portfolio valuations and his clients include REIT’s, Institutions, Pension Funds and Propco’s. He also has extensive experience of undertaking loan security valuations.
Ben is a specialist in retail valuations and undertakes regulated purpose and lending valuations of shopping centre assets across the UK on behalf of REIT’s, Pension Funds, Local Authorities as well as a wide range of lenders.
Prior to Knight Frank, Ben was at Savills for three years where he managed the valuation of pension fund portfolios on behalf of a wide range of clients.
Ben was also a Director at DTZ, latterly Cushman & Wakefield for 13 years where he managed portfolio valuations for clients and undertook a significant number of shopping centre valuations in the UK and Europe.
