Overview
The team's objective is to provide class leading property and asset management services. We have invested heavily in technology providing our clients and tenants with a clear transparent service using real time reporting over the web.
We believe in Partners being actively involved on a day to day basis, supported by small teams so that client contact can be maintained at all times.
In terms of accounts we use the Yardi Propware software package, we have rent and service charge collection statistics significantly ahead of the benchmarks and most importantly have very high staff retention so as to maintain continuity and efficiency.
We manage everything from world class office buildings such as 30 St Mary Axe, also known as the Gherkin and the Swiss Re Building, through to unit shops in regional towns but the attention to detail is the same for all.

Property Asset Management is one of the largest departments in Knight Frank. There are a number of multi-disciplined teams, each headed by a Partner, covering trophy office management, portfolios and funds, southeast offices and business parks, private client management, residential management and consultancy.
This approach ensures not only continuity of management, but also more importantly a comprehensive knowledge of the managed portfolio and a 'one stop shop' for investor clients.
We currently manage over £6 billion worth of property and collect rents and service charge income in excess of £400,000,000. Knight Frank comply with the RICS Service Charge Code.
