Operating across all sectors, our aim as town planning consultants is to proactively support our clients with commercial town planning advice. Our expertise is enhanced by Knight Frank’s market intelligence, exceptional research function and market leading geospatial capabilities.

Our London Planning Team is now more than 20 strong and continues to expand alongside our teams in Birmingham and Bristol giving significant regional coverage. The UK’s ‘planning system’ remains complex, we anticipate the pitfalls and will help our clients navigate the planning process as smoothly as possible. The nucleus of our Team has a shared track record, working together for many years prior to joining Knight Frank. This collaborative spirit ensures that we apply the right expertise to the right projects and applying our collective experience and a commercial approach to solving often complex planning challenges and focusing on deliverable outcomes whilst minimising risk for the client.

The Planning Team sits distinct from but complementary to the Residential and Commercial Divisions of Knight Frank’s UK Business. We collaborate with our Knight Frank Land and Development teams to facilitate bringing sites to market. However, we pride ourselves on impartial professional advice always in the best interests of our clients be they landowners, occupiers or investors.
